Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Customers residing in the European Union
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase of eligible non-personalized products within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Returned items must be sent back no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Proof of purchase is required.
Please note that you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising your right of withdrawal, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or the return is due to our error.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund the purchase price and any standard delivery charges originally paid, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws. Additional charges resulting from express or premium shipping options selected by the customer will not be refunded.
Customers residing outside the European Union
We offer a voluntary 14-day return policy for eligible non-personalized products from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received. Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or the return is the result of our error.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exception for Personalized and Made-to-Order Products
Custom orders, made-to-order art prints, and other products produced according to the customer's specifications are exempt from returns and exchanges, except when they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or the return is the result of our error.
This exclusion is made in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards;

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;

Any item returned outside the applicable return period.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you confirming receipt of the returned item and letting you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by email once the return request has been approved.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returned items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee receipt.
